MOTEL POLICY. We wish all our guests well with their celebrations however our Motel is not the place to continue those celebrations. We enforce a strict no party policy and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time.The credit card of the individual booking room will be subject to charges for damages, excess cleaning and loss of revenue, not to exceed $500, due to guest complaints regarding excessive noise during posted quiet hours (10pm onwards). Each authhorized guest name must be provided at the time of check in by the individual guaranteeing payment. Strictly no visitors permitted in rooms after 10pm. Any additional persons in the room after this time will be considered as a staying guest and will be charged accordingly. Each authorized adult guest will be required to sign our Quiet Policy at check in. Motel staff will monitor any noise and one warning will be given to reduce noise/disturbance. Guests who do not comply with Quiet Policy and disrupt the peace and quiet of other guests will be required to vacate premises without refund. Non compliance will result in police involvement. Rooms are to be left in a reasonable condition on check out or additional cleaning charges will apply. A credit card number or a deposit will be required to confirm a booking. In all cases where you do not arrive as arranged, and/or you have not cancelled within a reasonable time(7 days), we will be entitled to keep the deposit or charge the room tariff to your credit card. If you do not have a credit card a security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation cost as well as payment in advance for your accommodation will be required. In all cases were you do not have a credit card a current drivers licence must be presented as proof of identity. Check in time is 2pm check out time is 10am. Late check out fee will apply if the room is not vacated by 10am unless by prior arrangement.
